OUCH! Did you know this?

You Can’t Receive Workers’ Comp and Also Be a Real Estate Agent!

A man working as a real estate agent while receiving workers’ compensation from a different job has been ordered to pay back more than $30,000 he received in benefits.
The Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation said Greg Robinson was injured while
working as a custodian at a school, and began receiving total disability compensation.
While on disability, however, he began working as a real estate agent — helping sell properties and doing broker price opinions. An investigation determined Robinson was not entitled to the compensation. He pleaded guilty to the allegations and has been ordered to repay $31,305.
